Please beware that due to the recent increase in covid cases, EHCR are enforcing customer requirements in the interest of safe guarding you the customer and EHCR engineers. There is still a very high level of trust required by both parties.If we can adhere to these requirements I am sure we can perservere and drive through this current crisis.

• 1. You or any member of the household is not currently infected by cold, flu or the Corona Virus 19
• 2. If you were infected there is to be a minium of ONE week of seperation between a clear result and EHCR entering the premises.
• 3. If you feel unwell for any reason after making the booking you are to contact EHCR prior to the visit date.
• 4. There is to be ONLY ONE household member in the same room /vacinity as the EHCR engineer.
• 5. There is to be a resonable distance kept between you and the engineer.
• 6. Where possible remote assistance should be the choice of assistance and house visits only if the previous is not possible.
• 7. Any issues that require lengthy investigation and /or dismantling of equipment will be carried out at the EHCR workshop of which you may be required to drop the item/ items off.

Please understand that although you may be fully vaccinated as EHCR are, this is not a safeguard against either party passing the virus onto the other.
